Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday arrested one person in connection with the weapon-snatching incident at Yaripora area in south Kashmir's Kulgam district.
On Monday, two Policemen, Muhammad Ashraf and Abdul Majid were critically injured when unknown persons attacked them with sharp edged weapons at Yaripora.
Assailants later snatched their weapons and fled from the spot in a Sumo. Police on Tuesday arrested the driver of the vehicle Imtiyaz Ahmed Malik.
