Jammu: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh who visits Jammu Friday morning is to meet a series of delegations, including some political groups, social and refugee organizations. He will also attend the convocation of the Agriculture University and inauguration of flats for migrants here.
A meeting was held here Thursday evening to review the arrangements for the visit.
Singh is arriving here Friday morning. Earlier, he was scheduled to start the visit late Thursday evening, but a sudden change was made in his plan. The reasons were not made public by the officials.
